I am trying to do a docking-type study. Is there a way to import TWO different structures to create one NEW structure?

This is not directly possible right now, but if you import them one at a time, export them to XYZ coordinates, and append the two files that should accomplish much the same thing.

Thanks JR. This works. It only takes a bit of effort to get the pieces reconnected in the right way.
