Hi,

I am using webmo 8.0 over a lan system with several remote compute nodes and I primarily use gamess as my computational engine. When a job is finished on a particular remote node, job remnants remain on the scratch directory of the remote compute node where the job was run.

Can I delete those files on the remote node? Does WebMo need those files from the remote compute node after a job is finished?

You certainly can delete them so long as the job is finished. In fact, WebMO should clean these files up automatically on a regular basis, although not immediately after the job finishes.
