I was trying to upgrade from WebMO 9.0 to 9.1 on my Mac. Here is the transcript of the upgrade session.

Please locate the globals.int file. This file is installed in the location

Location: /Users/tpatko/Sites/cgi-bin/webmo/interfaces/globals.int

You have chosen to update from WebMO 9.0.010e to WebMO .
Continue with upgrade [y/n]:y
Setting up CGI scripts...cp: ./cgi-bin/lib: No such file or directory
Setting up interface files...cp: ./cgi-bin/interfaces/fragments.txt: No such file or directory
cp: ./cgi-bin/interfaces/*.vars: No such file or directory
Setting up HTML source files...finished
Locating system files...Can't open perl script "scripts/findfiles.pl": No such file or directory
cp: scripts/findfiles.pl: No such file or directory
cp: scripts/pscheck.pl: No such file or directory
cp: scripts/diagnose.pl: No such file or directory
cp: scripts/secure.pl: No such file or directory

Was my upgrade successful? If not, how can it be repaired? My installation no longer properly reports my version number for example.

It looks as if you may have run the upgrade.pl script from outside the WebMO.install directory. Make sure to change directory to WebMO.install before upgrading.
