Hello,

I began to use NFS+NIS in my network. Then the webmo user folder inside /home was changed to /homelocal/webmo.

I already changed the configuration http file and the globals.int, but I am not able to get WebMo working again.

I will appreciate any ideas.

Thanks in advance.

The change in the home directory location away from "/home" likely broke the suEXEC component of Apache. There is no easy fix to this, other than 1) recompliling suexec [it is hard coded in there for security reasons] or perhaps symlinking from /home to /homelocal.

Thanks.

Also, what should be the permission to the webmo folder in the /homelocal in order to the symlink works?

The permission on the symlinks shouldn't matter, I don't believe. This is a known issue online, I believe, as this restriction on suEXEC is well known.
