webmo server and Gaussian 09 v C.01 seem to be running fine on openSUSE 12.1. However, FREQ jobs are missing the vibrations table. Does v C.01 format the table differently?

This is almost certainly a Perl issue. Note that Perl 5.10+ is ONLY supported by WebMO 12+ due to Perl's removal of an important feature.

The solution is to:
1) INstall an older version of Perl OR
2) Upgrade to WebMO 12
