This is a test installation of WebMO pro 15.0.00 on CentOS 6.5, kernel 2.6.32-431 with bash updated to v 4.1.2-29 (which is supposed to prevent all shellshock exploits).
setup.pl stops after Setting up user directory...
with message "Shellshock exploit detected; exiting!"
no users or groups are created. The /home/webmouser/webmo folder contains only the 3 files errors, log, queue and they are empty.
This system is not susceptible to the shellshock exploits.

This test has been removed (I believe) in the most recent build of WebMO 15.0.002. It caused false positives when the environment has strange variables defined (as is the default it apperas in some CentOS setups)

The downloaded file is exactly the same as the one downloaded last fall. However, the workaround is to comment out the Shellshock test line in globals.cgi in the /WebMO.install directory BEFORE running setup.pl. This allows a normal installation.

This has been resolved in WebMO 15.0.003.

Are you installing the Linux/Mac or the Windows version?
