I setup with Gamess engine and find OK.
I then setup the Gaussian 03 engine and find out that the job cannot be run due to permission problem. As g03 has been installed to run with special group users, in my case, all users with group ownership 'g03' can run Gaussian job but not otherwise. Therefore, the webmo interface cannot instruct g03 to solve the problem. How can I configure webmo to instruct Gaussian to run job with a user of g03 group ownership?
Many thanks in advance.

You must add the user under which WebMO is running to the 'g03' group, after which WebMO jobs will be permitted to run.
In order to determine what user is running WebMO (e.g., apache, webmo, smith, etc.), log into your unix system and look at the ownership of the directories created by WebMO for each job that has been run (which are located in the "user" directory that you specified when installing WebMO). That is the user that you must add to the 'g03' group.
