We are running WebMO 12.0.004e on a Linux system. This has been running with no issues for months, then earlier this week, users are getting a HTTP 504 Gateway Timeout error when clicking the "submit jobs" link.
In the admin job manager, there are several recent jobs in the "running" state that are not present in our batch system (PBS). Trying to delete these jobs also gives a 504 error.
I have verified that the webmo user can still run batch jobs from the command line. The server has been rebooted, but that didn't help.
Any suggestions on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.

Can you deleted OTHER jobs, e.g. existing ones?
If so, it sounds like WebMO is hanging when interacting with PBS or when running a PBS command.
Are you submitting jobs under the UID of WebMO or using 'sudo mode' to submit jobs under a particular username?
Please check the WebMO error log (<webmo_users>/errors), and the apache/suexec logs (/var/log/httpd/*.log)
