In a new Windows 10 64-bit machine running Firefox 46 I noticed that the Build Molecule menu items (File, Edit, Tools, etc) in WebMO were extremely small, i.e. unreadable. This problem was solved by going into the Firefox Options, Content, Fonts&Colors, Advanced, and unchecking "Allow pages to choose their own fonts".
BTW, this also solved the same issue in Jmol.
