Hi:

I'm trying to setup the g03 interface on WebMO.

I'm using SGE on Rocks 6. I have setup a queue and activated that queue in the Interface option of WebMO.

When I edit the gaussian 03 interface, I can set the paths; however, there's no option to put the min cpu, max cpu, default cpu, min nodes, etc.

Is this typical behavior when setting up the g03 interface with sge as the queue manager? How can I set the the default number of cpu then?

thanks!

Right now parallel jobs are ONLY supported when using PBS (see Enterprise features page). That said, I have plans to extend support to this for SGE and I am actively looking for a test platform (since I use PBS myself).

If you contact me by email, maybe we can work something out.
