Is it possible to set a job number limit? I found where to set the time limit on jobs, but what if I want to only allow a particular user to run one job at a time while the others wait in the queue? Any suggestions would be appreciated

Currently, you cannot setup a job number limit on a per-user basis. However, WebMO does allow the administrator to specify the maximum number of concurrent jobs on a system-wide level.
This is accomplished through the use of the CPU % option, found on the Job Options:Advanced page when running a job. WebMO allows jobs to run concurrently, so long as the total sum of the CPU % of the jobs does not exceed 100%. The default value for each job is 100%, ie run only one job at once.
The administrator can change the default, minimum, and maximum values of the CPU % for each type of job (ie Gaussian, GAMESS, MOPAC) under the appropriate Gaussian/GAMESS/MOPAC administration page.
