More strangeness with NWChem: WebMO gives the following error message in output.out when attempting an NWChem job on node4:
"ssh: Could not resolve hostname node4.uaf.edu: Name or service not known".
Passwordless ssh into the node's user account by webmo works. MOPAC and Gaussian jobs sent from the WebMO server to this node work fine. The network settings on this node are the same as other nodes that run NWChem jobs. However, doing "nslookup node4.uaf.edu" on other local machines including the WebMO server gives "server can't find node4.uaf.edu: NXDOMAIN" message. This is the only difference between node4 and the other nodes that I can see.
(Actually, to run a multi-processor NWChem job, you do not need the nodelist that WebMO is trying to generate...)
Any comments or suggestions how to get "node4" to run NWChem jobs?

This sounds like a networking name, not a WebMO issue. I would add node4.uaf.edu to your /etc/hosts.

I encountered the same problem again after reinstalling CentOS 6.6 and NWChem 6.6 on node4. Ifconfig on node4 gave "IPaddress", but " nslookup IPaddress" on other machines indicated that that IP address was assigned by DHCP to another computer in the building! After a fresh, unique IP address was assigned to node4 by network personnel, the WebMO NWChem jobs executed properly.
