I have MOPAC2016 running from command line, but from WebMO I am getting this error message:

/opt/mopac/MOPAC2016.exe: error while loading shared libraries: libiomp5.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Does the library libiomp5.so exist in your /opt/mopac directory?

1) Find the missing libraries
    $ ldd /opt/mopac/MOPAC2016.exe
2) Specify the location of these libraries by adding the path to them to /etc/ld.so.conf (or to a new /etc/ld.so.conf.d/*.conf file)
    # vi /etc/ld.so.conf
3) Refresh the dynamic library loader
    # ldconfig
