We are finding that in many cases after GAMESS jobs launched from webmo terminate, temp files are left behind. Over time, scratch space fills causing every job to be terminated.
Can the webmo batch queue manager do more of a check that all temp files are deleted?

This appears to be an issue only if jobs are killed, correct? This should be addressed in the next version of WebMO, I believe. I added a trap statement to ensure that all scratch files are deleted, even if the job is killed.
