I wanted to run a CBS-4 calculation in Gaussian, which is a compound method, i.e., it runs several Gaussian jobs after each other automatically

When running the job manually, one uses the following route:
#N CBS-4
To accomplish this, I specified
  • Calculation: Other (CBS-4)
  • Theory: Other()
  • Basis Set: Other()
in the Configure Gaussian Job Options screen.

However, this resulted in the following route:
#N / CBS-4
(Note the slash.) It seems as if the job is setup expecting a Theory and Basis Set entry, separated by a slash. If they are absent, however, there should be no slash in the route.
