In WebMO System Manager, one can choose only ONE queing system.

But I would like to configure like this:
Built-in WebMO queue for computational chemistry engines on the local machine
External batch queue for computational chemistry engines on remote servers

Currently WebMO only support the use of a SINGLE queuing system. Thus, it is not (currently) possible to mix a external queuing system with the built-in queuing system. Of course, it is possible to place your local node under the management of the queuing system, and restrict access to the node. This decision was made in order to prevent resource conflicts that could arise is two entities are in charge of managing the same set of nodes.

Furthermore, if you are using an external queuing system, you will need to install WebMO onto the head node of the cluster which manages the queue.
