Is there any way to batch import jobs into WebMO that were run from a commandline? For example, just using the title line from the output file as the job name in WebMO (this is normally manually entered when using the current single import job interface). In my case all of the files would be of the same type (for example all PC-GAMESS geometry optimization or SPE files).

There is NOT currently such a mechanism, but I can see how it would be a very good idea. Look for it in an upcoming release.
