I would like to change the default atom colors permanently (carbon is too dark to see labels, in my opinion). Also, the background might as well be "white". (It looks the same on a monitor and printouts often require a white, not gray, background.) I am running WebMO 12.1 Enterprise.

We are working on the ability to save preferences. We have waited because we are still debating on whether preferences should be saved on the COMPUTER you are using your to the WebMO ACCOUNT you are using; the former is easy, but the latter is more involved.
