Lookup Import by name results in flattened structures

Hello,
in WebMO 20.0.12e (Enterprise) we are seeing a funny issue with the Lookup -> Import by Name... feature.
Structures come out flattened (2D instead of 3D).
Examples where it goes wrong are "methane" and "cocaine".
We have an older system with WebMO 18, where the imports work correctly.
Could anybody confirm or help debug this issue?
