OpenMopac 23.0.3

I tested the new 23.0.3 OpenMopac on WebMO24/Linux Mint 22. The message that appears in Job Manager after finish is "Failed". However in Raw Output at the end is "Job ended normally". Running the same data at command line I received the same at in Raw Output (normal result). Tested different molecules with the same results. Thank You!

I'll take a look at this. Hopefully this is just a simple parsing issue.

For WebMO 23, edit the parse-mopac.cgi file as follows:
in line 50: change "MOPAC v22" to "MOPAC v23'
in line 51: change "2022" to "2023"
