WebMO Cloud Terms and Conditions
WebMO License Agreement
All versions of WebMO are subject to the WebMO License Agreement. In addition, the following terms and conditions apply for WebMO Cloud:
Free Trial Period
The 30-day risk-free trial is one time and does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or re-activations.
Performance
A job requiring additional cloud resources typically takes up to ~2 minutes to start and configure, during which time submitted jobs are queued before being run. WebMO reserves the right to limit the maximum number of simultaneously queued jobs to prevent abuse.
A standard maintenance window of Saturday 7-9am central time will exist for possible upgrades, etc. during which WebMO Cloud might not be available. It is possible that WebMO Cloud could be down for emergency purposes at other times, which will be announced by email to WebMO Cloud administrators.
Backup
WebMO Cloud is not intended as a file server or backup for user files. While data images are saved on a rotating schedule in case of need for system restoration, incremental backups are not made and individual job files cannot be accessed. Instead, users are highly encouraged to download jobs of value to their local machine for local backup and long-term storage.
Data is not retained after a WebMO subscription expires, is cancelled, or is terminated.
Limited Warranty
In addition to the standard WebMO License Agreement, WebMO warrants that WebMO Cloud will perform according to its documentation for a period of 30 days of commencing upon subscription activation. If it fails to do so, WebMO will at its discretion repair WebMO Cloud or cancel the subscription and refund any pro-rated remaining fees already paid. This is the only warranty of any kind offered by WebMO. In particular, despite security mechanisms implemented within WebMO Cloud, WebMO does not warrant that WebMO Cloud will withstand all security attacks. WebMO Cloud is provided on an "as is" basis, and the subscriber accepts it "with all faults." In absolutely no case shall the liability of WebMO exceed the subscriber's remaining pro-rated subscription payment.
